Samantha Schulte

Director

Samantha Schulte is a documentary filmmaker and producer. Before turning to film, she worked in brand marketing in the technology sector, writing and creating campaigns for organizations, such as NerdWallet.

Her first film, That Change I Have Seen, won Best Short Documentary and an Audience Award at the 2021 Cannes Short Film Festival, and screened at DOC NYC, Oregon Documentary Film Festival, and the Dam Short Film Festival, among others.

As a freelance producer, Samantha continues to collaborate around the world on stories that inspire and empower social change. She has produced several short films for foundations and nonprofits, exploring universal basic income with mothers in Alabama, access to safe drinking water on an indigenous reservation in Oregon, affordable housing initiatives in San Francisco, and more. She produced and story produced a docuseries pilot on the impact of NFTs on the creator community, and recently directed a branded piece on a leading art handling company.

Mirra Bank

Producer

Mirra is an award-winning Director and Producer, known for her editorial work on the Academy Award-winning features, WOODSTOCK; and HARLAN COUNTY, USA; and on GIMME SHELTER, the iconic portrait of Mick Jagger and The Rolling Stones.  She created films for such Emmy Award-winning PBS series as theTHE 51ST STATE and SESAME STREET; as well as for THE ORIGINALS: WOMEN IN ART; and WOMAN ALIVE!, among others.  Features she produced and directed include the Academy-Award shortlisted, LAST DANCE; ENORMOUS CHANGES (Toronto and Sundance Film Festivals); THE ONLY REAL GAME (Netflix premiere); NOBODY’S GIRLS, (PBS special); and NO FEAR NO FAVOR, about protecting Africa’s wildlife.   Bank is a member of The Academy (AMPAS) Documentary Branch; a past President and Advisory Board member of NY Women in Film and Television, and serves on the Board of The National Board of Review of Motion Pictures.  She is a Lifetime Member of The Actors Studio.

Sydney Bowie Linden

Sydney discovered her love of filmmaking as an undergraduate at UCLA, where she began crafting intimate, character-driven documentaries grounded in observational filmmaking. Her work has been featured on The New Yorker and received selection from festivals, like Big Sky and Santa Barbara International. Sydney is a Fulbright Grant recipient, a Gucci Tribeca Documentary Fund Semifinalist, and M.F.A graduate in Documentary Film from Stanford. She is currently in development on a new feature length film executive produced by Chrissy Teigen.

Sam Price-Waldman

Sam Price-Waldman is a documentary cinematographer based in Los Angeles. After graduating from Chapman University with a BFA in Film Production, Sam moved to Washington, DC, where he worked as a staff producer/shooter/editor for The Atlantic magazine. His work there earned a handful of Vimeo Staff Picks, a National Magazine Award nomination, and a Webby nomination. After leaving The Atlantic, Sam began working primarily as a cinematographer for long-form productions, including "The Vow" (HBO) "The Lincoln Project" (SHOWTIME) and others. His work has screened on PBS, National Geographic, and at film festivals including Full Frame, Camden, and AFI Docs. He loves spending time outdoors, playing drums, and rock climbing. He is also an avid ping-pong player.

David Zucker

Editor

David Zucker is a documentary filmmaker originally from outside Philadelphia, whose work explores growing up, masculinity and rural America. His feature directorial debut, YOUR FRIEND, MEMPHIS, premiered at SXSW 2022, and his short, GROUNDHOG TOWN, was acquired by The New Yorker and selected as a Vimeo Staff Pick. David is Emmy-nominated for his editing on the documentary series CHEER (Netflix), and has edited under acclaimed documentary directors Amanda McBaine and Jesse Moss (Boys State) and Greg MacGillivray (Everest). He received his MFA in Documentary Film from Stanford University, and is a member of the Alliance of Documentary Editors.
